Participation Certificate Request Form
Hi everyone,
If you participated in LexHack 2026 and would like a participation certificate, please fill out our request form here: https://forms.gle/iQZLrz3zhNgDsV676
Please keep a few quick guidelines in mind before submitting:
Deadline: The form will close on October 15. Late requests will not be entertained after this date.
Team Members: If you worked in a group, each member must submit the form individually with their own details to receive a personalized certificate.
Physical Merch: The form includes an optional survey question to gauge interest in low-cost physical certificates or custom trophies.
